30 Day Shred
Official Day 1
It was not all that bad, meaning that I was able to finish it. I am a total weakling though, but I am excited to see how I can improve. Woke up at 5 am, tried to get the baby back to sleep, helped my husband get my 11 year old going for school and then at 6:30 started “The Shred”.
I feel great in terms of energy. My arms hurt a bit and I am a bit concerned at how my knees feel while doing some of the bending movements. I am pretty sure that this is due to the fact that I did not exercise *at all*, even regular neighborhood walks, during this last pregnancy. My body took a huge beating. Ugh.
Now, I am going to plan out my eating for the day and get started. Lots to do. My biggest challenge? Taking my 2 year old to get his hair cut!!! ![]()
